Our Story
My love for cheese all began when we were stationed in Germany and I tried a locally produced cheese, at the local farmers market. I instantly fell in love with it, and always kept some in my fridge. When we were moved to Tennessee I could not find that cheese. So I decided to buy some goats and make it myself. I never knew I would fall in love with the aspect of dairy farming, but I did. So we set off to build a Grade A certified Dairy so I could share my new found passion with the local community. I want to thank everyone for their support, and we will work diligently to bring you the farm fresh product that you deserve.
